Prokil, damp and timber specialists have continued to provide damp and timber inspections and treatments as demand increases throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prokil have not just survived during the pandemic but the business has thrived. Prokil have been able to launch new disinfection services, maximise the covid-19 DIY revolution and step up to the increased demand for home buyer damp inspections as a result of the stamp duty holiday.
With the increased concern over hygiene Prokil now provides disinfection services with a solution proven to be 99.99% effective in five minutes against coronavirus.
Alex Marsango, Chief Operations Officer, said: “It’s a shame that many businesses have been struck down by Covid-19, shutting their doors, making staff redundancies; even your big high-street names had to close their doors to the public. But luckily not us, we spent a week reviewing our risk assessments and health and safety practices but were back up and running within the new UK lockdown laws and restrictions in no time. After lockdown eased we became even busier at our head office in Bournemouth and had the same reports from our other regional office locations.”
Prokil has had record numbers of enquiries and surveys booked across the South of England and Wales with the construction team stretched to capacity that they are now looking to recruit new talented tradesmen.
Prokil, damp and timber specialists are a Property Care Association (PCA) registered company with over 50 years experience. With the head office based in Bournemouth and regional offices across the South of England and Wales.
