Prokil Limited have been awarded their Property Care Association (PCA) membership certificate for another year.
Prokil Limited have been proud members of the Property Care Association for over 30 years.
The Property Care Association (PCA) is the UK’s leading trade association for property care representing specialists within areas such as damp treatment, woodworm/timber decay, and structural waterproofing, across the UK.

All Prokil Limited surveyors undertake specialist damp and timber training provided by the PCA. On completion of the training and exams Prokil surveyors become a Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB). Gaining accreditation and certification through the PCA demonstrates to customers that Prokil surveyors knowledge and expertise is beyond reproach.
