Prokil requires permission from the homeowner or managing agent to conduct a damp inspection or carry our remedial damp proofing or timber preservation treatments in a residential property. We’re also able to carry out pre-purchase damp inspections for home buyers and can liaise directly with the Estate Agent to obtain access to the property.

We’re unable to accept damp survey requests from tenants to attend a property to provide a damp inspection. If you’re a tenant and think the property is suffering from damp, mould or timber issues please contact your managing agent or landlord requesting them to get in touch with us.
