Person organising the survey must be the property owner.
Our surveyor will only inspect 1 specific area.
Only 1 free survey per property unless the property has a new owner/s.
Not available for Estate Agents.
Not available for tenants.
Not available for landlords unless their main residence.
Only a verbal report will be given on site and no written report will be submitted or quote information provided.
Prokil reserves the right to withdraw this service at any time without notice or explanation.
