03 May Woodworm Treatment Case Study – Prokil in Brighton
Mrs R of Worthing got in touch after she suspected she may have woodworm activity in her loft. After arranging a suitable time, a surveyor attended the property to assess the situation. Upon inspection, the extent of the woodworm was revealed, explained to the customer and backed up by a detailed report.
The customer made the decision to go ahead with the recommended remedial works and in addition chose to have some additional Woodworm treatment to other areas of the property.
Prior to work starting, the customer was informed of the timescales involved as well as any precautions to take during the treatment being carried out. On the day of the job the Branch Manager attended the site to brief the operatives. The areas were treated thoroughly and upon completion of the job and payment, a guarantee for 20 years was issued.
